Customer Service & Fulfillment

The primary responsibilities for this position are to manage relationships with customers and maximize possible sales and positive customer experiences through optimizing in-stock percentages and reducing delivery lead times. Quark Enterprises is a small design and manufacturing company with online sales. As a small company, it is important for us to have happy customers who are satisfied after their interactions with us. It is the responsibility of the Customer Service and Fulfillment person to politely and reasonably interact with customers. You will work closely with the production and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers

  • Manage customer requests

  • Answer phone calls, customer service chats, and emails

  • Help our customers have a delightful experience

  • You may also be asked to assist in a variety of other tasks related to marketing, planning, etc.

  • Order Import automation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Inventory monitoring

  • Production Planning & coordination with production team

  • Shipping of Product & shipping performance monitoring

  • Finding ways to improve efficiency & quality

Hours and Compensation:

We are looking for full or part time candidates.  Part time candidates would be required to work at least 1.5 hours M-F before 10:00 AM.

Wage ranges from $13-20/hr depending on experience
