As a Product Listing Manager, you will be charged with creating an engaging consumer experience consistent with our brand through product listings and optimizing exposure and conversion of those listings. This entails creation, management, and optimization of online product listings with major online retailers such as Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, Zulily, etc. as well as our own branded sites such as sprout-kids.com. Activities include listing audits and research to identify areas of improvement of online listings, updating listings through portals, ticketing systems, or by working directly with account representatives, as well as experiment design and testing to improve listings. You will also assist in development of improved photography, video, and copyrighting that communicate brand values and engage the customer in memorable ways. As part of the product and marketing team, you may also be asked to assist in a variety of other tasks related to marketing and product development as needed.
Compensation is composed of a base hourly rate and a performance team bonus.
