Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Quark runs a very lean and responsive furniture production and fulfillment system.  As the Operations and Fulfillment Coordinator you will be charged managing trade offs between production capacity and product demand to maximize possible sales and positive customer experiences by optimizing in-stock percentage and reduce delivery lead times.  You will work closely with the production, support, and marketing teams.

To accomplish these objectives you will be responsible for:
  • Order import automation monitoring
  • Inventory monitoring
  • Production planning and coordination with production team
  • Shipping & shipping performance monitoring
  • Finding ways to improve efficiency & quality

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Work well in team environment
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity lean production systems
  • Ability to quickly learn new software & web technologies
  • Experience in production or fulfillment setting
  • Some coding / programming experience is preferred

Hours & Compensation:

We are looking for full or part time candidates.  Part time candidates would be required to work at least 1.5 hours M-F before 10:00 AM. 

Wage ranges from $11-15/hr depending on experience
