Production Worker

Responsibilities:

This position primarily entails light manufacture of furniture products. Manufacture and packaging requires attention to details that help ensure that the product quality meets standards, that the correct parts are included, and that packaging protocol is followed.

Additional duties may also include shipping, equipment maintenance, cleaning and organization, and inventory management.

Quality and efficiency are extremely important to Quark Enterprises, and as such, team members are expected to find ways to improve efficiency of operations.

  • Ability to work with power tools

  • Work on feet for extended period of time

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Hours & Compensation:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available

    • Full time is 40 hrs/wk

    • Part time is 16 hrs/wk or more.

  • Day Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm for Production Workers and CNC operators

  • Part Time for Production Workers morning/afternoon/swing:

    • From 8:00 am to 11:30 am Mon-Fri or M/W/F

    • From 11:30 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri or M/W/F

    • From 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm Mon-Fri or M/W/F

Compensation is based on productivity of production team. Day Shift Compensation is typically between $13-17/hr, with $13 guaranteed. Even higher pay is possible dependent on team productivity & employee contribution. Evening/Morning/Saturday shifts are paid an additional $1/hour.
