Lean Production Lead
Job description: Work alongside Production Line Managers (PLM) as a mentor, to provide support and knowledge in the Lean Manufacturing Process, in daily operations and within each Production Team.
As a Lean Production Lead you will work towards achieving the Production goals and objectives of Sprout. You will lead, facilitate, execute and manage production lines by implementing Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies. You will use your expertise to identify and recommend improvements by applying the relevant principles.
Confer with PLM’s to evaluate and determine improvements that need to be made, and provide expertise on the best method to do so.
Use acquired knowledge in the Lean Manufacturing process to help PLM’s guide team members in reaching Lean goals and expectations.
Make optimum utilization of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to assist in increasing efficiency and production within the warehouse.
Keep up to date on and improvements made to the Lean Manufacturing process and it’s related tools and methods.
Train PLM’s and operators and incorporate quality checks and balances to work flow to increase productivity.
Help to determine the root causes for any system inefficiencies.
Adaptable to accept new changes in the field of lean manufacturing and should remain knowledgeable with the latest developments happening in that field.

Self driven with positive attitude and result oriented.
Excellent analytical skills combined with good negotiation and conflict management skills with proficiency in computers.
A demonstrated working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concept in the manufacturing field with good project management.
The individual who has completed a formal training in Lean/Six Sigma will definitely be preferred and have an edge over the rest of the candidates
Full Time: 40 Hours per week
$16-20 per hour
