E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Sprout is looking for an individual to join our marketing team as an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist! The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in both marketing & writing, a passion for parenting & community-building, consistency, & creativity in fulfilling responsibilities. As a small company, you must be passionate about continuous learning, be willing to wear many hats & be a team player. 

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary considerably depending on your desire to drive innovation but will include: 

• Be responsible for driving traffic to our online shopify store and keeping customers coming back

• Actively improve lead generation, SEO, & conversion rate

• Record, review, & analyze data to adapt our processes for strategic work

• Maintain Sprout values while improving established standards & processes

• Bring true value to our audience with a customer-focused perspective & voice that addresses the needs of parents, caregivers, & children

Growth opportunities with increase in breadth of skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Shopify, including listings, templates, design, SEO optimization, accessibility and add-ons, 

• Email marketing experience including use of platforms such as Klaviyo

• Experience managing Google Ads 

• 2 years SEO experience

• 1-2 years relevant experience or education preferred (fields such as marketing, graphic design)

• Team-oriented with willingness & ability to work across departments

• Ability to write succinctly, persuasively, & centered on our mission: to help parents create spaces that foster independence, creativity, and resilience in children.

• Experience with social media & Google Suite preferred

• A positive attitude & open to constructive feedback

• High attention to detail

• Desire to continuously improve not only yourself but the systems & processes of the work you do

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday  8 am to 4:30 pm 

Work Location: In-person in Provo, Utah

Wage range: $23.00 - $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
