Social Media Content Creator

Sprout is looking for an individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Content Creator! The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in both marketing & writing, a passion for parenting & community-building, consistency, & creativity in fulfilling responsibilities. As a small company, you must be passionate about continuous learning, be willing to wear many hats & be a team player.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary considerably depending on your desire to drive innovation but will include content creation for Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. Responsibilities include: 

• Be responsible for the long-form and short-form content creation for Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok

• Actively improve lead generation, SEO, & conversion rate

• Record, review, & analyze data to adapt our processes for strategic work

• Maintain Sprout values while improving established standards & processes

• Bring true value to our audience with a customer-focused perspective & voice that addresses the needs of parents, caregivers, & children

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant experience or education preferred in social media content creation for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (fields such as marketing, graphic design, photography/video)

• Video editing experience

• SEO experience

• Experience with social media & Google Suite

• Experience managing Google Ads

• Copywriting

• Photography, videography, and visual design experience preferred

• Team-oriented with willingness & ability to work across departments

• A positive attitude & open to constructive feedback

• High attention to detail

• Desire to continuously improve not only yourself but the systems & processes of the work you do

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday  8 am to 4:30 pm 

Work Location: In-person in Provo, Utah

Wage range: $26.50 - $30.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
